The volunteers of the Beech Grove Fire Department and other emergency crews were dispatched to the section of Highway 190 just east of the Neches River Bridge at Dam B, shortly before 5:00 on Tuesday morning, when it was reported that a multi vehicle auto accident had occurred. No one was hurt in the accident, but the bridge and the stretch of Highway 190 was closed or only open to one way traffic for some time, until the wreckage could be cleared from the roadway. Traffic also hampered by the fact that construction that has been underway on the Woodville side of the bridge, restricting traffic to one lane. No fire resulted from the incident.
