BDC OWNERS

Tedd Dumas
Ed Baldridge

Baldridge-Dumas Communications started operation in 1963. Ed Baldridge founded the company with a small cable television system in Louisiana. Since that date, Baldridge and Tedd W. Dumas, have owned and operated Western Louisiana Video, providing cable service to Louisiana and Texas, Tex-La Cable Television providing cable service to Fort Polk, Illini Cablevision providing service to central Illinois, Horizon Cablevision providing service to eastern Mississippi, WLV-TV providing service to the western slope of Colorado, and DHL Cablevision providing service to Oklahoma.
Baldridge-Dumas also owned and operated Hawk SMATV, providing cable service to 5,000 luxury apartments in Atlanta, Georgia, and Antenna and Satellite Technology serving 10,000 luxury apartments in Dallas, Texas. BDC operated Southstar Communications serving apartments in Little Rock, Baton Rouge and Georgia.
Baldridge-Dumas also owned and operated radio stations in Marshall and Tuscola, Illinois. The company presently is affiliated with its own advertising agency and sign company, in addition to 8 radio stations.


MANY STAFF

Rhonda Benson-Leach
Rhonda Benson Leach is the Vice President and General Manager of Baldridge-Dumas Communications and the National and Regional Sales Manager. Rhonda oversees the operation of each of the 8 BDC radio stations. Rhonda has been with BDC since 1982. Rhonda may be reached at rhonda@bdcradio.com.

Donna Montgomery
Donna Montgomery is the Station Supervisor at the Many location for KWLV-Many, KTEZ-Zwolle, KTHP-Hemphill, KBDV-Leesville and KWLA-Anacoco. Donna is also the administrator and assistant for Tedd Dumas, VP. Donna has been with BDC radio since November of 2012. You can reach Donna at donna@bdcradio.com.

Bradley Ford
Bradley Ford is the host of the Morning Show on KWLV 107.1 and also hosts Wednesday’s Sports On Call. Brad also does live remote broadcasts for BDC. Bradley Ford is also Sales Executive for the Many location. In addition, Bradley has a farm and chicken houses that he oversees. Bradley is married to Crystal, and they are the parents of three children, Brooke, Emily and Camryn. Bradley is a big LSU fan!

Miranda Duty

Miranda Duty is the Traffic Manager for the Natchitoches location for KDBH 97.5 and KZBL 100.7. Miranda loves working for BDC and coordinating the day-to-day events. She also sometimes works in Many helping with their operations. Miranda and her husband love to travel and take care of their three dogs, Dolly, Beanie Lou Weenie, and Happy Jack. Andy Cosenza

Elijah Gentry

Eli is our production assistant in Many. He helps with getting commercials recorded, edited and on the air. He sometimes is at the controls for our important remotes and games!

Mike Luster
Mike Luster is the morning personality of KBDV 92.7 LEESVILLE. He is an avid golfer and loves Acid Jazz, especially Miles Davis. Mike is married and is the father of two beautiful girls.

Randy Bostian
Randy is the morning personality for 99.9 KTEZ in Zwolle. Randy is the ‘Voice of the Many Tigers’ on KTEZ during football season. Randy also helps broadcast live basketball games and remotes. Randy is married to Anita Bostian and enjoys spending time with their grandchildren.

Crystal Ford
Crystal is assistant to Bradley Ford, Sales executive for the Many Location and Sandy Dunn, Sales Executive for Natchitoches, Winnfield, and Leesville. Crystal is also married to Bradley Ford and they are the parents of three children, Brooke, Emily, and Camryn.


NATCHITOCHES STAFF

Rhonda Benson-Leach

Sandy Dunn
Sandy really enjoys her job as a sales executive for Baldridge-Dumas Communications. Sandy has been with the company since 2006. She is the sales manager for KBDV 92.7 The Eagle. Sandy spends her spare time with family, friends, and she loves to shop. She is married and is blessed with three children, four grandchildren, and three dogs. Rodney Harrington
Rodney is the host of the ‘Jammin with Johnny Show,’ which airs every Wednesday and Friday on KZBL. Rodney is also a local Attorney in Natchitoches, Louisiana, however, finding the best attorney for your case is very important that is why you need to be informed before choosing it.

Terry Best
joined BDC Radio after retiring from Winn Correctional Center. He worked as morning show host on KVCL-FM in Winnfield for three years before coming to Natchitoches. Terry and his wife, Retha, were married in 1997. They have three children, eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Join Terry Best Monday through Friday on KDBH-FM from 6:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m.

Mike Morton
Mike Morton is a new Natchitoches Resident and opened Laughing Sam’s discs to establish himself. He loves hosting his morning show and helping to get ‘Jammin with Johnny” on the air. You can find him on the air from 6 am to 8 am most days and at Laughing Sam’s when he’s off the clock!


WINNFIELD STAFF

Michael Parker
Mike is the Operations Manager for KVCL, which includes traffic, billing, KVCL local news, air work, production, computer maintenance, automation, and webmaster for BDC. In 1990, he graduated from Northwestern State University with a BS in Computer Information Systems and an AD in Computer Technology in 1987. He also studied classical guitar, music composing, and multi-track music production at Louisiana Tech University from 1979 to 1982. Mike has been with KVCL since October 15, 1984.
