RAGLEY, La. (KPLC) - Louisiana State Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash in the Ragley area that left a DeRidder woman dead and three children hurt. On Feb. 25, Kelly Williams, 43, was driving west on La. 12 just west of U.S. 171, according to Trooper Matt Gaspard of LSP. For reasons still under investigation, Williams drove off the road and hit a concrete pillar. Williams was properly restrained but died at the scene, Gaspard said. Two juvenile passengers were properly restrained and suffered minor injuries. A third juvenile passenger suffered moderate injuries and their seatbelt usage is unknown at this time. A standard toxicology sample was submitted for analysis, according to Gaspard.
