Jasper Police are investigating after a man stole $263.52 worth of tools from the Jasper Walmart store. Officer Tom Smith’s report said he responded to the business on Tuesday after store security observed the crime on security camera video, and the man left the parking lot in a green SUV. Although the name of the man was not in the report, it said the employee told the officer that they were very familiar with the man because he frequently steals items from the store.
