The Jasper County Sheriff’s Department has announced the arrest of four people for copper thefts.
According to the report, there have been multiple copper thefts at several Jasper-Newton Electric Company electrical substations and other businesses throughout the county.
Deputies have arrested Dustin Ross, 41, Melissa Loudenslager, 34, Joseph Arnold, 62, and Trey Price, 38, all of Jasper.
Jasper Police Chief Garrett Foster said Wednesday "Price is a person of interest in multiple investigations by the Jasper Police Department Criminal Investigations Division."
