A teenager has been indicted on a third-degree felony charge of Assault of a Public Servant after the prosecutors say she assaulted a Jasper High School teacher. The Jasper County Grand Jury recently indicted 18-year-old Jordynn Lee, of Jasper. According to the indictment, he’s accused an April 6th incident in which she grabbed the arm and pulled English teacher Colleen Garcia, causing injuries to the 67-year-old lady. Following her arrest, bond was set at $40,000.00. Meanwhile, Jasper County Jail records show that Lee was arrested again in August of this year on a charge of Assault Causing Bodily Injury in another case.
