BALL, La. (KALB) - A 17-year-old student at Tioga High School has been arrested for allegedly brandishing a handgun on April 19, according to the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office. RPSO said Ryan Lee Reynolds, Jr., 17, of Pineville, was sitting in a vehicle when another student passed by and Reynolds allegedly pointed a handgun at that student. The student immediately reported the incident.
