Friday the 13th was truly a bad luck day for a resident of the Ryall Acres Subdivision located southwest of Jasper.
Jasper County Sheriff Chuck Havard said Saturday an investigation resulted in the arrest of Alex Joseph Warren, 23, who he says is accused of possessing child pornography.
Warren was reportedly arrested at his home on County Road 169 and transported to the Jasper County Jail where he was at last word still being held.
Havard said the warrant not only accuses Warren of having child pornography, but also intent to promote it.
