A Calcasieu Parish repeat sex offender has been arrested again. This time he’s accused of committing a second sexual crime against a child.
The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Department says 65-year-old Terry Howard has been charged with Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile, and his bond has been set at $750,000.00.
Investigators say Howard tried to get a child under the age of 10 to perform sexual acts with him on multiple occasions.
Howard was convicted of rape in 1981, failure to register as a sex offender in 2013, and carnal knowledge of a juvenile in 2015.
