The body of a pilot has been recovered after a Thursday afternoon plane crash near Sabine Pass.
Carl Krielow, 71, departed the Jennings, Louisiana airport in a 1993 Beechcraft A-36 Bonanza and was flying to Galveston when the crash occurred.
The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the crash.
