RUSK COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - Rusk County Sherif’s Office deputies assisted in the arrest of a sex offender on the Texas Department of Public Safety’s 10 most wanted list.
Thaddeus C. Hodge was arrested Monday morning at a home in the southern part of the county, near Mt. enterprise, according to a release from the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office and the DPS website.
The DPS said Hodge was wanted for failing to comply with sex offender registration requirements and debit/credit card abuse. According to their website, Hodge was originally convicted of two counts indecency with a child in 2018 and sentenced to eight years.
He has been wanted since August of 2023 after a warrant was issued for violating parole.
