Jasper County Sheriff Chuck Havard announced late Monday that a local man had been arrested and charged with the recent theft of a camper trailer in Nederland.
Havard said the suspect, Terry Michael Stephenson, 59 was arrested after turning himself in to authorities. Havard said deputies had also found and recovered the trailer which had been reported stolen in 2014.
In addition, Stephenson is also reportedly being charged with Theft of Property stemming from an unrelated incident alleged to have occurred here in Jasper County.
At last word, Stephenson was being held at the Jasper County Jail.
