One person is dead and another is seriously injured following a Christmas Eve incident in Beaumont. It happened shortly before 3:00 Tuesday afternoon at a house on Mallet Street in South Park. Beaumont Police said they responded to a report of a disturbance and arrived to find one person dead and another with stab wounds. At last word the injured person was undergoing hospital treatment. Meanwhile, the names of those involved or other details about the incident have not yet been released.
