Tyler County Emergency Management issued a statement on Wednesday saying that minor flooding is possible in Barlow Lake Estates on Thursday afternoon. That neighborhood is on the west side of the Neches River, just south of Dam B, and is prone to flooding during large rain events. This comes as several inches of rainfall has been recorded across the region in the last few days.
