LIVINGSTON, Texas (KTRE) - A man from The Woodlands who killed a Livingston High school senior in a 2021 crash has pleaded guilty to a charge of murder.
Roy Grant Wagner, 44, entered the plea before Judge Suzanne Stovall on Monday and accepted a 15-year prison sentence.
According to an indictment, Wagner had previously been convicted twice for DWI and and was again driving intoxicated when he drove into the southbound lane and hit the vehicle of Cole Edward Overstreet, 18. The wreck occurred on Sept. 24, 2021, on FM 350.
