A man who was wanted in Jasper County has been captured in Vernon Parish.
Donald Lynn Stockemer, Jr., 56, of Anacoco, was named in a bench warrant, meaning a judge issued the warrant for failure to appear in court, violating a court order, or contempt of court.
At last word Stockemer remained in the Vernon Parish Jail awaiting extradition to the Jasper County Jail.
