The driver of a motorcycle was at last word still undergoing treatment at Jasper Memorial Hospital after loosing control of the bike on Tuesday afternoon at Mount Union, southwest of Jasper.
The volunteers of the Tri-Community Fire Department at Magnolia Springs and others were dispatched to the location at the intersection of Farm to Market Roads 1013 and 1005 shortly after 6:00 when it was reported the accident had occurred.
What happened is still not known, but the crash occurred as the early model Honda which was traveling west on FM-1013 and approaching the intersection of FM-1005 after coming out of a curve in the highway.
State Troopers are investigating the incident and so far the name of the rider or other information has not been released.
