Louisiana State Police have announced that a man has been arrested and charged in relation to a Sabine Parish crash last month which left a teenager dead. Troopers say toxicology tests results showed that 33-year-old Henry Treyton Ezernack of Noble, was impaired during the February 7th accident in the Union Springs Community, about 15 miles northwest of Zwolle. Ezernack has been charged with felony Vehicular Homicide, felony Vehicular Negligent Injuring, and misdemeanor Careless Operation of a Motor Vehicle. Troopers said Ezernack was driving a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee when he crossed the center line of a highway and crashed head-on into a 2005 Dodge Ram pickup truck. A 14-year-old passenger in the truck was killed and the 16-year-old driver of the truck was injured.
