Jasper Police arrested a man late Friday afternoon after they said he exposed himself to the public and then to a police officer. It happened on the parking lot of Jasper Family Dentistry at 329 East Gibson Street.
The report said an employee of the dental clinic reported that the man had dropped his pants in full view of people in the lobby. When the officer arrived, the report said the man still had his pants down and was fondling himself.
Police had to wrestle him into custody and he was identified as 47-year-old Sylvester Hadnot, of Jasper.
Hadnot was charged with Resisting Arrest and Indecent Exposure.
