Man and brother, former Lumberton PD officer, arrested in child sexual abuse case

The Hardin County Sheriff's Department has announced the arrest of a man and his brother, who is a former Lumberton police officer, in a child sexual abuse case.

Justin Campbell, 35, is charged with two counts of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child. He remains in the Hardin County Jail under a combined total bond of $500,000.00.

The brother, Stetson Campbell, 32, is charged with Failure to Make a Child Abuse Report in relation to the case, and he has since been released on bond. Lumberton Police Chief Danny Sullins says Stetson Campbell’s employment with the Lumberton Police Department ended last week.

Hardin County Sheriff Mark Davis told KFDM 6 News he believes that there are more victims of sexual abuse in this case.
