The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises the public that bridge number 053-04-1461-1 (Church Street Bridge) will be closed for inspection from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29, 2019. This structure is on LA 1- (Church Street) over Cane River and is licated at .01 miles south of the LA 1224/LA 1-X Intersection. The road will be closed to all traffic while the inspection is being performed by LA DOTD personnel. The City of Natchitoches is providing traffic control and detours. DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
