Jamie Lee Collier, black male, 42, arrested on charges of Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for probation violation, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Anthony Meshell, white male, 19, arrested on charges of license plate light required, no driver's license, possession of marijuana, possession of schedule II, illegal use of controlled dangerous substance in presence of minors, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
