A Jasper County deputy found and recovered a stolen all-terrain vehicle in Orange County over the weekend. Chief Deputy Scotty Duncan said that Lieutenant Bubba Downs was in Orange County doing some investigation on a Jasper County case when he came across the side-by-side. Duncan said the ATV had been reported stolen there in Orange County.
