SHREVEPORT, La. — A Caddo Parish grand jury has indicted Nicholas Alexander for first-degree murder in the death of Vivian police Officer Marc Brock.
Brock, 25, was fatally shot on Nov. 14 while attempting to serve an arrest warrant at a residence in Vivian. Authorities state multiple shots were fired through a closed door, hitting Brock, who later died at a hospital.
Alexander also faces three misdemeanor counts of cyberstalking for allegedly threatening individuals electronically days before the shooting. He remains held at the Caddo Correctional Center without bond.
