Corrigan OSB, L.L.C. announced Thursday that a construction worker died at the facility in Corrigan, which is located 50 miles northwest of Jasper. The announcement came from the owner of the company, Roy O. Martin, and it said that the death occurred at an expansion project site. Neither the name of the person, nor the manner in which they died was included in the announcement from the company. The Polk County Sheriff’s Department investigated, so we hope to learn more information very soon.
