When I moved here 14 years ago, Many opened it's arms and welcomed me. When I was approached to fill the Chief's position in Dec. 2020, I replied that if I could serve Many in that capacity, I would be glad to help the town that has been so welcoming to me.
I was then asked by my staff to run for election in 2021. Since my election I have worked to get all my officers POST certified. It took two years but we have made that goal. We have modernized our evidence systems, our police fleet and our technology. We now have two SRO officers as well, that I interact with our school children daily. We have an open door policy with the community. The Town of Many, including the Mayor and staff, feel we have a common goal.. To make Many the best we can be. The Dept and the Town come first. I don't even take a police unit home at night because my officers need all the vehicles to perform their duties. I'm not in for the money or the power, I'm in it because I truly feel it's a way I can serve.
I will be on the ballot for re-election next spring, and I would appreciate your vote. Proud to be a part of #TeamMany.
