MOORINGSPORT, La. -- A man who drowned in Mooringsport early Friday has been identified by the Caddo Parish Coroner's office. Donald Sirmons, 65, was found by Caddo Sheriff's deputies called to his residence in the 9900 block of state Highway 1 by family members who had not seen him since about 11 p.m. the previous night. His body was found in a pool at the home around 1 a.m. An autopsy was ordered.
