A Buna man was arrested Sunday afternoon after Jasper County deputies say he refused a homeowner’s commands to leave his house, and then resisted arrest when the deputy tried to handcuff him.
It happened at a house on Pine Street in Buna.
The report said 47-year-old Alvis Edmonds had already been issued a criminal trespass warning and was ordered to stay away from the house.
Edmonds was charged with Criminal Trespassing and Resisting Arrest.
