All area schools were closed on Monday due to the ice storm, and classes are scheduled to resume on Tuesday with some districts having a delayed start.
Jasper ISD - Classes begin at 9:40 a.m. However, there will be no breakfast served.
Burkeville ISD – Classes begin at 9:30 a.m.
Newton ISD – Classes begin at regular time
Brookeland ISD – Classes begin at 9:45 a.m. However, it is requested that the staff be there at 9:00 am.
Kirbyville CISD – Classes begin at regular time
Buna ISD - Classes begin at regular time
West Sabine ISD – NO SCHOOL. However, the gym and cafeteria will be open to allow people to warm up and charge cell phones.
Hemphill ISD – Classes will begin at 9:45 am
Colmesneil ISD - Classes begin at regular time
Woodville ISD – Classes begin at regular time
Spurger ISD – Classes begin at regular time
Warren ISD – Classes begin at regular time
Deweyville ISD - Classes with 2 hour delay in start
