BOSSIER CITY, La. -- A body found floating Wednesday night in the Red River has been identified. Bossier City spokesman Louis Johnson said Dominique Washington, 38, was discovered around 6:22 by people who were on jet skiers and saw his body. Foul play is not suspected at this time and this incident is still under investigation, Johnson said. Additional information on this drowning will be provided as it becomes available.
