ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB) - Alexandria Police Department asked the public to be on the lookout for 16-year-old Jamarious Kelly, who has been missing since August 13. He is described as a Black male, 5′8″ tall and weighs about 150 pounds. According to APD, Kelly was last seen in the area of Monroe Street and Texas Avenue on Tuesday. Earlier this summer, Kelly was reported missing by APD but was located about 10 days later, on August 5. Anyone who has information about Kelly’s whereabouts is asked to contact APD at (318) 441-6416 or (318) 441-6559.
