RAPIDES PARISH, La. (KALB) - Two men from Ball have been accused of burglarizing vehicles.
According to the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office, on April 8, 2025, a vehicle burglary was reported in the area of Adams Road. A stolen vehicle was also recovered near the scene of the vehicle burglary. Upon further investigation, RPSO said they discovered the vehicle was stolen from a residence in the Tioga area.
During their investigation, RPSO determined that several vehicle burglaries had taken place throughout the early morning hours in the Pineville/ Ball area. RPSO began receiving reports from citizens of the burglaries, along with evidence located from each incident that was able to be provided to detectives with information in identifying the suspect(s).
One of the locations of the burglaries was able to provide video evidence of the suspects. RPSO said detectives identified them as Blaine Milliman, 25, and Matthew Worsham, 24.
During a search of the Daniels Road and Springhill Road areas, RPSO said both suspects were found and detained.
Worsham and Milliman were placed under arrest and booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center on multiple charges.
Blaine M. Milliman:
- Seven counts of simple burglary
- Attempted simple burglary
- Theft of a motor vehicle
- Simple criminal damage to property
- Criminal conspiracy
Matthew S. Worsham:
- Seven counts of simple burglary
- Attempted simple burglary
- Theft of a motor vehicle
- Simple criminal damage to property
- Criminal conspiracy
Their bond was set to $65,500 each.
