Anthony Leon Nichols, black male, arrested on charges of no drivers license when unlicensed, failure to maintain financial responsibility, aggravated assault with deadly weapon, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Brenden Sage Burford, white male, arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
