Joel Brown, arrested on charges of out of jurisdiction warrant, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Jennifer Anderson, arrested on charges of probation violation, 2 counts bench warrant, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
