Tommie Allen Ringo, white male, 46, arrested on charges of assault family violence, possession of marijuana, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Jonathan Dockery, white male, 36, arrested on charges of public intoxication, by Hemphill Police Department. He remains in jail.
