Marjorie L. Nelson, 97, passed away peacefully on May 2, 2025, in DeRidder, Louisiana. Visitation will be Wednesday from noon until 1 PM at First United Methodist Church where friends can gather together at 1 PM officiated by Pastor Laraine Waughtal. Burial will follow at Beauregard Cemetery.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Richie Hayes Young, Jr., a beloved Father, Brother, Paw Paw and Uncle, passed away on May 2, 2025, at the age of 72. There will be a public viewing at the Rosepine United Pentecostal Church on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 1:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 PM. Reverend Gary Bankson and Reverend Kenneth Gibson will officiate the service. Richie will be laid to rest following the service at Blue Branch Cemetery in Pitkin, LA.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Visitation will be held for Sidney Earl Childress Sr., age 84, on Thursday, May 8, 2025, 11:00AM - 12:00PM at Jeane's Funeral Service in Leesville, LA. Funeral services will be held Thursday at noon also at Jeane's. Burial will follow the service at the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetary.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Norma Jean Waddell Langlois passed away peacefully on April 30, 2025, at the age of 96. A visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025, at St. Michael's the Archangel Catholic Church followed by a rosary at 11:30 a.m. and a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. Father Adam Travis will be officiating the service and Shawn Carter will be singing.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Cremation has been entrusted to Myers Colonial Funeral Home for Ella Mae Foshee Loftin 76 years old, passed away peacefully on May 2, 2025, in DeRidder LA. The family will have a private memorial service set on a later date.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     A private family gathering will be held at a later date for Joseph "KB" Kelton Baggett, 59, who passed away on May 4, 2025, in Alexandria, Louisiana.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     No services are planned at this time for Brett Allan Richard who passed away on April 29, 2025, at the age of 69, in his home in Anacoco, Louisiana.
