- Linda Susan Nelson, age 73, of San Augustine, Texas, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2026, in Jasper, Texas. Funeral services are set for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home chapel in San Augustine. Committal service and interment will follow at the San Augustine City Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home, located at 316 W. Columbia Street in San Augustine.
- William Curtis Hardy, Jr., 77, of Ft. Jesup, LA was born February 11, 1949 in Pineville, Rapides, LA to William Curtis Hardy and Dorothy Scott Hardy. He passed away May 23, 2026 in Alexandria, LA. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Warren Meadows Funeral Home, 355 S. Capitol St., Many, LA. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 10:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2084 Natchitoches Hwy, Many, LA. Internment will be held at the Ft. Jesup cemetery under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
- Floyd Matthew Bullitt, passed away on May 18, 2026, at the age of 46. A funeral service to honor Floyd's life will be held at Myers Colonial Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 1:00 PM, preceded by a public viewing starting at 10:00 AM. Reverend Guy Snyder will officiate the services. Burial will follow the service at Rigmaiden Cemetery in DeQuincy, LA.
- Charles Thomas Marze, 77, of Anacoco, Louisiana, passed peacefully on May 20. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 2:00 P. M. at Cold Springs Baptist Church. With a visitation starting at 12:00 P.M. until service time at the church.
- Joy Love Martinez, age 85, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away May 22, 2026. There will be a graveside service at 11:00a.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at Oak Forest Community Cemetery, Leesville, Louisianan.
- James William White, fondly known as Jimmy, who left us on May 24, 2026, at the age of 71. A celebration of Jimmy's life will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Visitation will be held prior to the service starting at 3:00 PM. Brother Vic Warrick and Brother Greg Willis will officiate the service.
- James Edward Hanna passed away peacefully on May 21, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. He was 81 years old. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at First United Pentecostal Church at 12:00 PM with Bro. Mark Christian officiating. Burial will follow at the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery. Visitation will begin Thursday morning at 9:00 AM and continue until time of service.
