- Anne Marie Henry Horton, who left us on March 22, 2026, at the age of 79. A funeral service will follow on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the same location. Donald Mason and David Mason will officiate the service. After the service, Anne will be laid to rest in Merryville Cemetery in Merryville, LA.
- Mary Bell age 85 passed away on March 20, 2026. Funeral services will be held on March 26, 2026 at Labby Memoria Funeral Home of DeRidder at 2PM. Burial will be immediately after the funeral service at Smyrna Cemetery
- Sargent Major Leroy B. Sanders was born on June 29, 1930. He respectfully passed away at his home. Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. at the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Leesville.
- Charles Timothy Hughes, 65, of DeRidder, Louisiana, passed away on March 22, 2026. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026, at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, Louisiana. Pastor Charlie Williams will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Lewis Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026, from 11:00am until the time of the service, at Myers Colonial Funeral Home.
- Vroni Lynn Thornock (Gautsche), who passed peacefully March 6, 2026, in Leesville, Louisiana, at the age of 79. A memorial service for Vroni will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2026, at the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery. A visitation will be held at Jeane's in Leesville from 12:30 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.
