A celebration of life for Beatrice Murphy Jeter will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Labby Memorial Chapel at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Flactor Baptist Church Cemetery in Hick, Louisiana.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Gwana Gwendete Bolden, 53, of DeRidder, LA passed away Friday, June 27, 2025. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 8 from 11am-1pm at Sunrise Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral service will be Tuesday, July 8 at 1 pm at Sunrise Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will be at Beauregard Cemetery. Rev. Alvin Peters, Sr. will officiate.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Catherine Patricia Cooksey Toussant, who left us on July 3, 2025, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. A memorial service for Catherine will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in DeRidder, LA.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Ethel Lee Spikes, who left us on July 1, 2025, at the age of 87. A celebration of Ethel's life will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Norris Memorial Church of God in Christ in DeRidder, LA. The public viewing will take place starting at 9:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. She will be laid to rest at Spikes Cemetery in Bancroft , LA following the service.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     A celebration of life will be held for Parthenia Shade Douglas-Beal on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 1210 MW Harrison St., Leesville, LA. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th from 11:00 A.M. until time of service at the church.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     A memorial service for Ella Monteen Bass will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Mercy Bible Church, 4310 Hwy. 1146 Rosepine, LA with Reverend Joe Maddox officiating. Ella passed away July 3, 2025, in New Llano, LA at the age of 74.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     A memorial service for Pamela Jean Morgan will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at East Leesville Baptist Church. A visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service. Pam passed away June 28, 2025, in Alexandria, Louisiana at the age of 68.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Cremation has been entrusted to Myers Colonial Funeral Home for Annie Elizabeth Nash, 73years old, passed away on July 4, 2025.
