- Thomas Jefferson Phillips, II, 69, of Fisher, Louisiana was born on Friday, July 12, 1957 in Converse, LA. He passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026 at Sabine Medical Center in Many, Louisiana.
- Ronald "Ron" David Rhame, 77, of Rosepine, LA passed away Friday, July 17, 2026. Graveside service will be Thursday, July 23 at 10:30am at Rosepine Cemetery. Rev. Levi Thompson will officiate.
- Bonnie Young Gill Berry, born on December 15, 1955, in DeRidder, Louisiana, passed away peacefully in her home on July 19, 2026, Visitation will be held at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM, also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home. Brother Don Duplechian will officiate the service. Graveside services will follow at Cannon Cemetery in Merryville, LA.
- Ruth Ann Burgess Moses, 75, of DeRidder, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2026. Funeral service will be Thursday, July 23, 2026 beginning at 10:00 AM at the Shady Grove UPC in DeRidder. Inturnment will follow the service at the Whitaker Cemetary.
- Gabriel "Gab" Hernandez, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2026, in Bossier City, Louisiana. Funeral services will take place at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville at 10:00 A.M., Friday July 24th. Friends may pay their respects during visitation on Thursday, July 23rd from 5:00 P.M until 8:00 P.M., followed by a Rosary at 6:00 P.M. Following the service will be burial at Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery
- Dakota "Bub" Wayne Betts passed away on July 16th, 2026. At only 34 years old. Funeral services will be held on Friday July 24, 2026 at 3:00 PM in the Chaddick Funeral Home chapel. A visitation will be held on Friday, July 24, 2026 from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
- Harvey Earl Hickman, who left us just shy of his 89th birthday on July 21, 2026. A funeral service will take place at the Pentecostal Gospel Lighthouse in DeRidder on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Prior to the service, there will be a public viewing from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, allowing family and friends to gather and pay their respects. Brother Gordon Simmons, Brother Ed Tilley and Brother Allen Bynog will officiate the service. Harvey will be laid to rest following the service at Old Cypress Cemetery in Rosepine, LA.
