Hugh Mixon, age 86, of Broaddus, Texas, passed away Saturday, February 7, 2026, in Huntington, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at Harvey Creek Missionary Baptist Church, located at the corner of Bryan and Sheffield Streets in Broaddus, Texas. Funeral services are set for 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at Harvey Creek Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Wade Bryan and Bro. Lamar Denby officiating. Committal services will follow at Runnels Cemetery with Bro. Thomas Foster officiating.
