Funeral services for Huey Bailey, Jr., will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Palestine Baptist Church in Grant, Louisiana with Rev. Terry Wright, Pastor of First Baptist Church of Vidor, Texas officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service in the church. Following services, the burial will take place at Palestine Baptist Church Cemetery. Huey Bailey, Jr., 89, of Grant, LA, passed from this life on Friday.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Funeral services honoring the life of Douglas Arthur McArthur will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at 2:00PM at Union Baptist Church in Florien with Bro. Rusty Silvertooth and Michael McArthur officiating. Burial will follow in Prewitt's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, at Union Baptist Church beginning at 5:00 PM and continuing until time of service on Wednesday. Visitation will be Thursday, February 29 from 10am-1pm at Chaddick Funeral Home. Graveside service will be Thursday, February 29 at 2pm at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Rev. Edmond Gwynn officiating. Burial will follow in the Welcome Cemetery in Simpson. Visitation will be Thursday, February 29, from 5:00 P.M - 8:00 P.M in the funeral home. Services will be held at New Willow Baptist Church in Leesville with Rev. Ronale Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in the Leesville Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, March 2, from 11:30 A.M - 1:00 P.M at the church. Wendy passed away on Friday, February 16, 2024, in Lake Charles, LA.
