- Funeral services for Bobby Earl Salley, 85, of Weatherford, TX will be held on Friday February 27, 2026, at Marthaville, First Baptist Church in Marthaville, La. Visitation will be at 9:00 AM and the funeral service will be at 10:00 AM, officiated.
- Darrell Mattison McDonald, Sr. of DeRidder, Louisiana, 90, passed away on February 22, 2026. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 25, 2026 from 5:00 PM-8:00 PM with Funeral Services held on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 2:00PM. All services will be at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in DeRidder, Louisiana. A Burial Service will follow at Beauregard Cemetery on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
- Lila Kathleen Chance, 50, of Leesville, LA passed away in the early morning February 17th, 2026. A memorial service celebrating Lila's life will be held at the Vernon Council on Aging Sunday, March 1st @ 2:00 PM with a reception following. Bro. Randall Bryan will be officiating.
- Betty Carolyn Gaskin Taylor, 77, of Anacoco, Louisiana, passed away on February 12, 2026, in Leesville, Louisiana. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 3:00 PM on March 7, 2026, at Good Hope Baptist Church in Anacoco, Louisiana.
