- Brenda Dell Colvin Dillard, a devoted mother, cherished Nana, sister, aunt, nurse, and friend, passed away peacefully at her home in Pleasant Hill, Louisiana, on August 1, 2025, at 11:05 p.m., surrounded by her loving family. She was 65. A memorial service to celebrate Brenda’s life will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 2:00PM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home in Many, LA. Visitation will begin 12:00PM on Saturday and go until the time of service. Friends and family are invited to attend, share memories, and honor a life beautifully lived.
- Funeral services for Mary Marie Oxley Bynum will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 5 2025, at Jeane's Funeral Service with Reverend Rodney Hicks officiating. The burial will follow in Self Cemetery in Hornbeck. A visitation will be held at Jeane's on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Mary passed away July 29, 2025, in Leesville, Louisiana at the age of 85.
- Theodore Harris, 90, of DeRidder, LA passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2025. Visitation will be Monday, August 4 from 10am-12pm at Chaddick Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Monday, August 4 at 12pm at Chaddick Funeral Home. Interment will be at Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery. Rev. Phillip Baker will officiate.
- Megan Paige Cox Armstrong, age 37, who left us on August 1, 2025, in Jasper, Texas. A funeral service will be held in her honor at Lillie Pentecostal Church on August 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM, preceded by a public viewing at 9:00 AM at the same location. She will be laid to rest at Plunkaway Cemetery following the services in Burr Ferry, Louisiana.
- Brenda Harralson Buxton, 73, of Anacoco, LA, passed from this life on Friday, August 1, 2025. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025, from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Joey Miller will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Leesville, LA.
