LIVINGSTON, Texas (KTRE) - A man has been arrested after being found unconscious in his truck in a parking lot, Livingston Police Department said.
Livingston police responded Tuesday morning to a grocery store parking lot where someone reported a man, identified as Garlon Blake, 43, of Woodville, was passed out in a pickup with drug paraphernalia in his hand. Police responded and saw the man, and worked to wake him up. During the investigation, they say they found multiple drugs and paraphernalia and a gun in his truck.
Blake was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, as they say he had meth and fentanyl. He also has a previous felony conviction, so he was charged with felon in possession of a firearm.
Blake was booked into the Polk County Jail.
