The Jasper County Sheriff’s Department said Wednesday that a woman was arrested after deputies responded to a report of an assault and arrived to find the victim with multiple injuries.
It happened on Bean Road in Cougar Country near Buna.
Arrested was 26-year-old Leann Nichole West, a resident of Buna. She was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury/Family Violence.
