Van Engulfed in Flames on Hwy 96 near Roganville A possibly disastrous situation was averted on Hwy 96 near Roganville. The incident occurred on Thursday just before 3 pm as a delivery van was traveling south on Hwy 96 south, just before FM 2245 to Roganville According to first responders on the scene, the driver noticed flames coming from the front of the vehicle. The driver pulled over and was able to exit the vehicle without injury. Roganville Volunteer Fire Department responded with a tanker and quickly extinguished the fire.
