COUSHATTA, La. - Several more earthquakes were recorded in Northwest Louisiana early Monday.
Just after 4:30 a.m., a series of quakes ranging from 3.1 to 4.0 were reported northeast and northwest of Edgefield in Red River Parish.
About 9 p.m. Sunday, a magnitude 2.5 earthquake was recorded 3 miles southwest of Coushatta at a depth of 3 miles according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
This comes after a magnitude 4.9 earthquake was reported in the same area last week.
