Texas Department of Public Safety Sergeant Shana Clark released details on Monday about a deadly auto-pedestrian crash which also resulted in the arrest of the driver. It happened at about 9:00 on Friday night on Texas State Highway 103 at the San Augustine-Nacogdoches County line. Sergeant Clark said 39-year-old Tara Lyons, of Center, was driving a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe SUV westbound when she struck and killed 44-year-old Jeremy Stone, of Nacogdoches. Clark said investigating troopers determined that Clark was walking westbound alongside the outside traffic lane. Sergeant Clark said troopers arrested Lyons and she was charged with Intoxication Manslaughter.
