WINN PARISH, La. (KALB) - UPDATE: On Sunday, December 21, Winn Parish Sheriff’s Office released a statement, confirming that Jeremy D. Wise, 26, was sadly found dead.
Wise had been reported missing on December 18, and had last been seen on December 15.Winn Parish Sheriff Josh McAllister extended his deepest condolences to Mr. Wise’s family and friends.
WPSO said no further information could be released at this time as their investigation is ongoing.
Sheriff McAllister thanked the deputies and investigators who worked to find Wise as well as the public for their tips and support.

Winn Parish Sheriff’s Office has asked the public to be on the lookout for Jeremy D. Wise, 26, who is missing.
Wise was last seen at around 7 p.m. on December 15, walking West on Neil Wagoner Drive, which is south of Winnfield.
